Finalist in the 2020 Alice prize!

My painting 'Desert tracks' has been selected as a finalist in the 2020 Alice prize. 600 entries and 54 finalists. To say I am stoked is an understatement! It sold on the first day also, and will be off to it's new home in San Francisco when the exhibition finishes in August (the exhibition has been extended).
The painting tells 25 stories you could say. All painted from drawings and some photos done during an artists residency at 4 Anangu schools between 2014 and 2016.
The exhibition can be viewed online at www.aliceprize.com and also, now that Covid 19 restrictions have been lifted, attended in person if you are in Alice Springs.
